PETALING JAYA: The Light Rail Transit (LRT) service in Klang Valley experienced a slight disruption before lunch time on Friday.
Prasarana Malaysia Bhd, in several updates on its RapidKL Facebook page, noted that the service was experiencing ‘a power issue’ between Abdullah Hukum station to KL Sentral station heading towards the Putra Height station.
“Train moving on single track from Putra Height to Gombak (station). Update to follow,” it said at about 11am, adding that its technicians are on-site to rectify the issue.
Prasarana also advised commuters who decide not to continue with their journey to proceed to its Customer Service Counters to get their refund.
At about 11.40, Prasarana managed to rectify the problem, restoring its Kelana Jaya LRT services to normal.
